Please note the BestCities Global Forum is open to International Associations, Association Management Companies and invited guests. BestCities Global Alliance reserves the right to cancel your registration if you do not fit these criteria.

The Madrid Challenge

Conferences can create positive impact for the association, the destination, the delegates and the broader community.  During the Global Forum, BestCities Alliance and partner destinations will be presenting our Commitment to a Sustainable Future – our promise to support and guide associations and destinations to enable sustainable meetings that leave a lasting legacy. We are keen for our association community to also take up the challenge – to join this movement by putting sustainability and the creation of lasting impact at the forefront of meeting design.

Travel Requirements

BestCities will arrange your travel through our appointed agent, Sayu/ Uniglobe Travel & Tours, BestCities will only cover travel expenses that have been booked through our appointed agent.

We aim to have you arrive on Thursday 2 December 2021 and depart after lunch on Sunday 5 December.  The Global Forum programme commences at 19:00 hours on Thursday evening and closes at 12:00 hours following lunch on Sunday, 5 December 2021. If flights do not allow for arrival or departure on these dates BestCities will cover the additional accommodation night(s) required. 

If you are attending IBTM World we will arrange a (2nd) class single train ticket from Barcelona to Madrid and will arrange an economy flight to your destination from Madrid.

Flights to and from Madrid
